The book has accounts of Sindhi Hindus such as Deputy PM Shri L K Advani, and lawyer Ram Jethmalani amongst several others from all strata of society. It is the narration of a migrant community in its own words, recounting the travails of its dynamic survivors who, once they had resettled, even became philanthrophists.
